I've spent many hours walking through the streets of Melbourne city, inner and surrounding suburbs immersing myself in absorbing the culture and architectural beauty Melbourne offers.  Many hours spent walking the hidden laneways displaying treasures from historical landmarks, culture of cafes, and art as well as the art of graffiti with a touch Banksy to be admired by all.  Cafes with the aroma of roasted coffee.  Sitting back watching the locals and tourists walking by with the vibe of relaxation that Melbourne invites.  Exploring the exquisite heritage buildings such as Cathedrals, Captain Cooks Cottage, Shrine of Remembrance, Melbourne Town Hall, State Library Melbourne Art Museum, sporting complexes and surrounding luscious Gardens.  If you feel energetic take a walk through Albert Park to the Bays of St Kilda and Port Melbourne. 

During the past few years I have come to appreciate the wealth of Melbourne's history dating back to 1835.  The history of the City of Melbourne has been, and continues to be, of enormous interest to residents and non-residents alike.

I have found myself mesmerised by the Victorian buildings and properties from industrial, commercial to residential. I am in the fortunate position to have my vision come to fruition of acquiring assets, complexes and properties with a contemporary, new age view of the future.   The vision of creating and upgrading old, current and future with a flair for the extravagant yet affordable living while maintaining its original charm - A “Hidden Gem” set behind a unique historical frontage.

I pride myself on maximising each property for sale or acquisition enhancing the property market and using renewable materials with a contemporary application.  My ideology is not for great profit but to create and enhance landscape affordable for all.

To add to my portfolio I am seeking historical commercial properties and residential 2-3 bedrooms with the potential to extend using existing add on materials and to add a smart home element and upgradeable technology.

As well as the above I am very interested in pursuing Inner Melbourne unique BnB and Boarding Houses complexes inviting tourists and honeymooners to experience the charm of Melbourne.
